The
Opportunity
An opportunity for a “Training Manager” has
been created for a highly motivated and experienced professional
to develop the HSES Group at Sunbury upon Thames, servicing
London and all other UK areas.
The successful candidate
will be responsible for;
• Bringing new sales and new
clients into the company • Recruitment and management of
trainers • Personal time management • Managing daily
operations including management of courses • Managing and
maximising sales from existing clients • Delivering key
performance indicators • Strategic planning and development
in-line with the group’s expansion plans • Budget
control
The successful candidate will work out of our
Middlesex office.
This commission based role is a great
business opportunity for the successful candidate who already
works in sales, who can bring in further contacts to sell our
5000+ courses nationally and set up the group with qualifications
in approved councils and blue chip companies.
