You will be part of an successful Tele-Sales team working to
targets and with both prospect and Cold calling involved. Great

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • To achieve campaign and monthly targets. • To contact all accounts and prospects issued. • To input free listing information onto the system for those companies not already listed according to Company procedures. • To plan and control workload effectively - i.e., to Company productivity standards and expectations. • To use the Telemagic system to assist with the sale. • To ensure the accuracy and legality of all orders for semi-display and lineage advertising processed via the Telemagic system. • To complete all display advertising order forms, copy sheets, direct debit mandates etc. accurately and legibly. • To assist in the training of new recruits. • To assist in the smooth running of the Telephone Sales department. • To follow the Office Sales Operating Plan. • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and customer care through company Values Assist with other departmental routines and practices as required.
