As such we are in the process of recruiting an experienced senior compliance manager. The relevant candidate will: • Maintain company policies and procedures to ensure they continue to reflect the compliance intentions of the FSA • Liaise with other subsidiaries to help maintain continued compliance • Ensure understanding and application of the FSA and the company’s policies, procedures and professional standards • Complete applications, notifications and returns to the FSA. • Contribute to regular and ad hoc risk-based compliance reports for submission to senior management team and Risk & Compliance Committee Executive Requirements: • Degree Qualified, with a minimum of 3 years UK experience in Compliance within financial services and the FSA. • Registered and authorized by the FSA. • A solid understanding of compliance issues and regulatory requirements within financial services and the FSA.
