Hospitality industry seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to lead a
team of three key account managers currently working from the
Glasgow office.

acumen, excellent sales and management skills with the ability to
inspire a sales team.
Key accountabilities /
responsibilities
Managing a team of three
individuals People development Directing the sales focus to
lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business
objectives Provide focused and measured coaching and
support Collation of financial and analytical
information Establish strong relationships with clients,
leading to the product being first choice for
advertising Develop new revenue sources from client
base Maintain accurate records Grow revenue in line with
targets Key skills

business Excellent sales ability both on the telephone and
face to face Hitting targets in a fast moving online
business First class negotiation skills at senior
level First class planning and organisational skills Solid
background in sales management ideally from a similar
background Excellent people management skills Sales
performance management skills Ability to truly inspire / lead
/ motivate people Detailed understanding of online sales and
all online revenue streams Ability to develop and execute
strategy to deliver results Analytical and reporting
skills Experience required
Relevant experience in a
managment role, preferably in a media, online or recruitment
sales environment Strong track record of sales
success No-nonsense, self-starting approach in order to hit
targets in a fast-moving online business Interviews are
immediate. Based in Glasgow City Centre. Office hours of
work.
Salary up to £35k, realistic OTE £45k + Car
Allowance. 28 days holiday, group pension scheme, paid charity
days - 2 days per year.
