| Description | We are looking for a confident and dynamic individual to assist
the Head of our HR & IT Solutions Team with Candidate
Development. The successful resourcer will work closely with the Consultant to source and interview potential candidates who will be IT Technical and Sales Specialists from Junior to Management Level. The successful applicant will be paid a good basic salary plus a bonus structure and there is potential for them to progress to consultant level. You will need at least two years experience working in a customer focussed environment, ideally within a recruitment or HR team, sourcing candidates and meeting fixed business targets. We will happily consider graduate trainees with a degree in Business or IT. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be happy working as part of a team within a relaxed and fun environment.
