Great Schools!! Nice Kids!!! Who we are? A*Star Teachers is a teacher recruitment company owned and operated by teachers. We currently recruit teachers from the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa. What we do? We provide a complete range of teaching positions in Greater London and the areas that surround it. Our teachers work in a wide variety of schools including quiet suburban areas, inner city locations and schools with a wide ethnic and multicultural mix of students. These types of schools may be independent, mainstream, special and denominational. We cover all subject areas and levels; including nursery, primary, secondary, special educational needs, teaching assistants and senior management. How we help you? We offer excellent rates of pay and outstanding support whilst providing an extensive range of daily supply, contract and permanent teaching. We professionally support our teachers in the classroom, on a one to one basis and outside the classroom, through our professional development programme. Need QTS Support? We assist teachers gaining their Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Extras? In addition we offer extensive support, ranging from accommodation, opening a bank account, fast-tracked NI number and, for eligible candidates, umbrella company arrangements and their associated tax perks.
