We are currently recruiting internally for a strong Network
Administrator to assist with 2nd line technical support for our
helpdesk.
You will have excellent interaction skills and
ability to clearly demonstrate or explain technology in an
appropriate manner. Experience of medium/large corporate network
infrastructure and at least 3 years experience working in a
technical capability using current technologies.
Key
skills: 2nd level desktop and software support, hardware
support (server and desktop), Windows 95/98/2000/NT/ME/XP),
Microsoft Office 95/98/2000/XP/2003, Windows 2000/2003 Server
Experience, Email: Exchange Server (2000/2003), Windows
Infrastructure Design & Support, Network Infrastructure Design
(including firewall, Switch, VLAN and VPN configuration, Cisco
router & firewall (optional), PDA/Blackberry configuration and
troubleshooting experience, Mac experience desired. An MCSE
qulaification is preferred.
