VRG004 Our client, a three rosette and rising Michelin Star
restaurant with eight rooms, is looking for two Kitchen Porters.
The restaurant is set within its own grounds, which stretch for
over five acres on the edge of the Downs, in the glorious Sussex
countryside, and makes the perfect setting for a dinner party or
even a wedding. The 30 cover restaurant which is also open to
non-residents provides sophisticated dining in a relaxed
atmosphere. The Head Chef has created a modern British menu with
French influences complimented by wine from an interesting and
varied list. The Kitchen porter will be required to work split
shifts covering morning and evening service. He/she will mainly
be responsible for washing up but may also help in the
preparation and serving of food. Our client requires candidates
to have had previous experience in the above roles and all
applicants should be eligible to live and work in the
UK.
Salary £11481.60 per annum each. Shared live in
accommodation available
