| Description | We are a leading IT Solutions provider in search of an IT Trainer
to undertake a range of tasks from planning and preparing course
programmes though to delivery at all levels. We are looking to recruit a first class individual who is looking to take on a green-field opportunity. You will have come from either a training background with experience in training intranet applications or similar, or a web based application support background. We are looking for someone who has drive and determination. Key responsibilities will include: Training individuals or groups on bespoke Intranet style applications. Designing and delivering training material, user documentation & technical guidelines & guidance, providing ongoing support for web based applications, including requirement gathering for new features and ongoing relationship building within key clients. You will have excellent communication skills & personal presentation, Calm nature with an ability to be patient with non-technical users.
