| Description | Job Title: Home Based Telesales Operative Term: Part-time / Full-time Location: From Your Own Home Reference: JV10011 The role of the telesales operative is to make as many calls as possible per day within the agreed hours of work. Your objective will be to arrange meetings as per your directive (which will be provided), also your objective will be to obtain contact details for the correct person to speak with including email address and best time to call back. You will be calling both warm and cold leads, business to consumer and business to business depending on the campaign you are selected for. The ideal candidate will have: * Access to a reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, outgoing telephone line and moderate to high computer skills. * The drive to be able to work from home to earn an income, time management skills, personal and work related target setting an achieving experience & drive. * Professional telephone manner, experience in dealing with prospective customers/clients via telephone, confidence in sales and closing and a good command of the English language. * Minimum 6 months telesales / customer services experience. * Permission to work in the UK.
