who has developed a suite of products that has allowed their business customers to revolutionize their internet applications. They currently have a vacancy for a German Billing Agent in Dublin Ireland. Role: In the role of German Billing Agent you are required to assist in any enquiries in relation to monetary transactions in an efficient manner. You will also examine any errors that may affect player’s ability to make payments. In relation to this you will assess payment methods to ensure the run efficiently. It is also you responsibility to come up with a more creative ways of improving player experience. Finally you will carry out any team related projects with limited supervision. Skills: In this role you will need fluent German and English and possess a minimum of one 1 years experience working within a Billing support environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of methods of payments such as ELV. Excellent computer skills are a pre-requisite of this role along with a strong critical thinking and sound judgment. In addition he ideal candidate will have an eloquent telephone manner and display professionalism at all times.
