French Speaking Gaming Support Executive in Dublin
Ireland.
Role: In the role of Gaming Support you will be
required to direct a team of Gaming Support agents while
taking an active role in their career development. In addition
you are responsible for training and communication to ensure
that your team has the resources it needs. Further to this you
must ensure exposure across queue resources and create in-depth
reports, including trends and forecasts.
Skills: The
ideal candidate must speak fluent French and fluent English. You
will possess at least 2 years experience in a support
environment. Candidates must have a knowledge MMORPG platforms
also.The candidate will need to have a passion for gaming along
with very good IT skills including, excellent knowledge of the
internet, internet applications, Microsoft windows, familiar
with PC hardware, PC gaming and similar electronics. The
successful candidate will also be outgoing hardworking
individual.
