Field Sales executives required to sell Directory within
territories throughout Scotland. Your HO will be in Glasgow & you
will be working within a team environment.
You will be
given a portfolio of accounts / customers who have advertised
within the directory previously, you will be given a target to
secure repeat business and then an additional target to increase
the customers' spend within the Directory. You will be required
to agree payment with the customer. You will liaise with the
artwork department and if required re-visit the customer to
secure the business.
You must be able to conduct a
successful consultative based approach meeting in person and be
able to adapt your approach / style accordingly.
You will
be a good listener with excellent communication skills, you must
have worked in sales previously, ideally Field Sales. You must be
articulate, numerate and be able to spot buying signals face to
face.
The client will interview immediately. You will be
provided with a car so you should have a current driving licence
that you can take to interview.
Interview process will be
2 face to face interviews and a day in the Field with a member of
staff to assess suitability for the role.
