| Description | Fast Fit Branch Manager - Gloucester, Gloucestershire Up to GBP26K BASIC, OTE GBP35 - GBP40K, 44 Hours per Week My client is looking for an experienced fast fit/workshop manager to join their very busy centre. The successful applicant will manage all aspects of the centre, driving sales and profit targets .You will be expected to provide an exceptionally high quality services to the private and corporate clients. You MUST have motor trade experience within a similar role; have excellent managerial experience and a technical understanding. You will be responsible all members of staff this requires excellent team motivation and leadership skills. You must have experience in basic administration and banking duties as this will be part of your role in the capacity of manager. The successful applicant will be able to think on your feet and have the ability to solve problems in a professional manor and within company policies and procedures. Good customer facing skills are required, as the successful applicant will manage all aspects of the centre.
