| Description | • Environmental Management Degree • Core discipline qualification e.g. Chartered Environmentalist or Full Member of IEMA (MIEMA) • 5 years experience in Environmental Management • Experienced in Sustainability in Buildings and Construction • 3 years (minimum) experience within the construction industry – experience within principal contractor organisation desirable o develop existing environmental management systems to ensure alignment with current legislation and best practice and secure ongoing retention of existing ISO14001 accreditation To increase Environment & Sustainability awareness and competence of staff and other stakeholders via the development and delivery of appropriate educational material Provide Visible and Effective Leadership in environment and sustainability across the group of companies by:- - Establishing and maintaining contact with key internal and external contacts on projects. - Project based support advice and auditing - Corporate training, reporting, communication and bid support - Being recognised as the primary contact for specialist advice on Environment and Sustainability issues The post will be based at our Company Head Offices in Camden however due to nature of role travel will be required throughout the UK |
