A Domiciliary Care Manager is required to join a leading national
domiciliary care provider in Northampton,
Northamptonshire. Opika Care is one of the new fastest growing
independent care providers and have experienced rapid growth
through providing quality care to older people at every
opportunity. The role of Domiciliary Care Manager would
suit a passionate and enthusiastic individual with good local
knowledge of the area and someone who is willing to assist with
the start up and development of this brand new service in
Northampton.
As the Domiciliary Care Manager you will take
responsibility for completing individual specific care plans and
undertaking risk assessments where appropriate, you will also
take responsibility for scheduling care and the recruitment,
training and development of a team of care workers. In addition
you will also ensure that care provided adheres to CQC
regulations at all times whilst being responsible for the day to
day running of the office.
To be considered for this job,
you will have ideally worked as a Domiciliary Care Manager
previously with either NVQ 3/4 in Health and Social Care and/or
the Registered Manager's Award.
In return you will receive
a basic annual salary of between £20.000-£25.000 per annum and a
comprehensive benefits package including annual bonus.
