Our Client is a Sri Lankan business man who has recently decided
to open a small boutique hotel and restaurant in Sri Lanka. He
would like the food to be mainly Spanish but a wider
Mediterranean influenced menu would also be
acceptable.
The successful candidate will have experience
creating menus and managing a team in the kitchen and organising
and liaising with the front of house to create an enjoyable
dining experience.
Flights and accommodation will be
provided and paid for. Approx. 40 hours a week with 28 days
holiday a year. Salary is negotiable and will be above local
rates.
