| Description | Our client is one of the largest Commercial Law firms in the
Surrey area with an larger presence in London. The firm are
currently expanding all departments as well as looking to set up
2 new branches in the regions. The firm has an opportunity for a fully qualified or part qualified legal executive or solicitor NQ to 2 years pqe to join the Private Client team in Chichester. The role will involve a broad mix of Private Client work, including advising clients and managing matters relating to Probate and administration of estates; advice and preparation of Wills, including Nil-Rate Band Discretionary trust wills and documents to implement trusts. Advise on and preparation of lasting Powers of Attorney and other Elderly Client related matters, plus providing support and assistance to partners as required.
