| Description | As a Branch Manager you will have full responsibility for all
operational aspects of the Trade Counter, and for the successful
delivery of the Screwfix proposition. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced manager to lead a new team to deliver their targets and become a part of the continuing success of the business. You’ll need experience of running a retail business or department, ideally within a Trade or DIY environment, plus excellent stock management skills gained within a high volume business. Proven success in controlling P&L and managing a team of at least 15 staff is a pre-requisite to this role, but the key element we’re looking for is passion.
