| Description | This successful and professional main car dealership based in
Norfolk requires a Workshop Controller to work within their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fantastic company and earn an excellent salary. Your duties will include: ? Meeting and greeting customers ? Gaining authority for additional work that needs carrying out ? Booking vehicles in and advising on the time taken for repairs ? Ensuring all deadlines and targets are achieved ? Dealing with Warranty Claims ? Managing a team of Technicians ? Taking customer payments ? Dealing with any queries and complaints ? Raising job cards ? Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles ? Dealing with Courtesy Cars The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, motor trade experience and knowledge of the Kerridge system. This will be a very busy position with lots of variety where you will be responsible for ensuring targets are carried out and all deadlines are being met whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service. You will also be liaising with customers; advising on progress, advising and assisting other service advisors, seeking authority to carry out further repairs, taking payments and dealing with complaints.
