Great customer service starts with great staff, and excellent
stock availability. As Assistant Manager you’ll be responsible
for coaching and motivating a team of Service Assistants to
achieve the high standards we require. We need talented
leaders who are results driven and able to support and develop
their staff. In addition, you’ll be an experienced stock manager,
used to dealing with high volume and high value stockholdings.
You’ll need proven leadership skills within a retail
environment, ideally in the Trade or DIY sector. You must
have experience of the full range of supervisory skills including
staff development, dealing with escalated customer problems, cash
management and stock control. Above all, we’re looking for people
who take pride in consistently delivering 110%.
