This is a key role managing a team of 8 people in the roles of
Accounts Administrator & Sales Administrator. This professional
will ensure that customer service is a key focus through
effective performance management. Main duties include:
Verification and processing of Sales to company policy;
Recording, processing and reconciliation of Finance commissions;
Managing others effectively to ensure the timely processing of
settlement/buyins/leavers; Ensuring the timely invoicing of fees,
insurance and rates; Ensuring that essential monthly accounts are
completed to target; Ensuring that the reconciliation process
stock and sales is managed accurately and managing others to
agreed KPI's and proactively reviewing KPI's to ensure team
performance is maximised. You will have solid accounting
knowledge; Excellent planning and organizing skills and the
ability to manage self and others in a challenging target
oriented environment. Driven by deadlines, you will be an
excellent customer service professional and an experienced people
manager who can create an environment where others are motivated
to consistently meet deadlines and targets. An excellent
communicator who can build relationships and liaise with people
at all levels, you will ideally be a recently qualified
accountancy candidate.
