We are currently recruiting internally for a strong Third Line
Support Analyst to assist with 2nd/3rd line technical support for
our helpdesk.
You will have excellent
interaction skills and ability to clearly demonstrate or explain
technology in an appropriate manner. Experience of medium/large
corporate network infrastructure and at least 4 years experience
working in a technical capability using current technologies. Key
skills:
2nd/3rd level desktop and software
support, hardware support (server and desktop), Windows
95/98/2000/NT/ME/XP), Microsoft Office 95/98/2000/XP/2003,
Windows 2000/2003 Server Experience, Email: Exchange Server
(2000/2003), Windows Infrastructure Design & Support, Network
Infrastructure Design (including firewall, Switch, VLAN and VPN
configuration, Cisco router & firewall (optional), PDA/Blackberry
configuration and troubleshooting experience. An MCSE
qulaification is preferred.
